Common Issues
The scale is not connecting
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled
- Keep the scale close to your phone
- Confirm you are using Xiaomi Mi Body Composition Scale 1
- Reopen the app and try again
Body composition is not showing
- Stand barefoot on dry electrodes
- Wait until measurement is stable
- Recheck your height, age, and gender in setup
Apple Health sync is not working
- Open iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > Corpusmetra
- Allow read/write permissions
- Reopen the app and try again

Corpusmetra does not sell personal data.
Health data is handled according to Apple Health permissions and your device privacy settings.
